Solid waste (hazardous waste) is waste generated by modern industrial production. Due to unorganized discharge or failure of the discharge system, it seeps into the soil layer, causing changes in the physical, mechanical and chemical properties of the soil, directly affecting engineering activities or being harmful to human health, animal reproduction, plant growth, etc. With the implementation of my country's environmental protection policies, how to achieve harmless, resource-based and stable disposal is what everyone has been exploring. Through the analysis of solid waste (hazardous waste) and continuous small and medium tests, our laboratory center has explored a way to use rotary kilns to burn ceramsite, truly realizing the harmless, resource-based and stable disposal of contaminated soil.

Oil fracturing proppant, also known as ceramsite sand, is a new type of material made of bauxite, manganese powder and admixtures through crushing, drying, batching, balling, calcining, cooling and screening. Ceramsite sand has the advantages of high strength, compression and wear resistance, high roundness, good shock resistance and good permeability resistance.
