Box feeder

The box feeder has the characteristics of large box volume, simple structure, convenient feeding amount adjustment, and the ability to transport raw materials with high moisture content. It is widely used in ceramsite factories and brick and tile factories for feeding and batching various raw materials. However, when used for feeding and batching hard block materials, the material rod must be removed; when used for feeding and batching aged materials, since this material is almost formed with high moisture and plasticity, the angle between the receiving trough above and the tape surface should be as large as possible, otherwise it is easy to form a "material arch" and fail to feed and batch smoothly.

The motor drives the belt (or chain) through the transmission mechanism to make the belt (or chain) move continuously (or intermittently) to achieve uniform feeding. The material is in the material box on the surface of the belt (or chain). The feeding amount can be changed by adjusting the height of the valve plate of the material box or the running speed of the belt (or chain).
