Bucket Elevator

NE plate chain bucket elevator is a commonly used vertical conveying equipment, used for vertical conveying of powder, granular and block materials, and can also convey abrasive materials such as cement, sand, coal, ceramsite sand, etc. The material temperature is generally below 250℃, and the lifting height can reach 40m.

The traction member of the NE plate chain bucket elevator is a plate chain. The bucket is fixed on the traction member at a certain interval. The traction member forms a closed loop system of rising loaded branches and descending unloaded branches through the sprockets at the head and bottom of the elevator. The driving device set at the head of the elevator transmits power to the traction member and the bucket through the head sprocket. The material enters the elevator bucket through the feed port set at the bottom of the elevator. The bucket lifts the material to the head and discharges the material at the head. The material leaving the bucket is discharged through the discharge port set at the head of the elevator. The elevator bucket and the head wheel and bottom wheel of the traction member are installed in a fully sealed housing to achieve dust-free material transportation.
