The ceramic multi-tube dust collector is a dust removal device with Q235 steel structure on the outside and several parallel ceramic cyclone dust collector units (also known as ceramic cyclone bodies) on the inside. It can be composed of general ceramic cyclone dust collector units or DC cyclone dust collector units. These units are organically combined in a shell with a total air inlet pipe, exhaust pipe and ash hopper. The ash hopper can have a variety of ash discharge forms, because this equipment is composed of ceramic cyclone tubes, which are more wear-resistant than cast iron pipes, have a smoother surface, and are acid and alkali resistant, so wet dust removal is also possible. It is suitable for capturing various non-bonded dry dusts. This product is not only used for the treatment of smoke and harmful gases, but also an ideal equipment for dust control in metallurgy, mining, building materials, chemical industry and other industries.
The dust collector is divided into two parts, the upper part is the dust box device (the flue gas inlet and outlet flanges are connected to the boiler outlet flue at the upper part, and the high outlet flange is connected to the induced draft fan), and the lower part is the dust box ash hopper device (including the ash discharge device).

    How it works

    When the dust-laden gas enters the gas distribution chamber of the ceramic multi-tube dust collector from the main air inlet pipe, and then enters the annular gap between the ceramic cyclone body and the guide vane, the guide vane changes the gas from linear motion to circular motion. Most of the rotating airflow flows downward from the cylinder along the cyclone body in a spiral shape toward the cone. The dust-laden gas generates centrifugal force during the rotation process, throwing the dust particles with a density greater than that of the gas toward the cylinder wall. When the dust particles come into contact with the cylinder wall, they lose their inertial force and fall down along the wall into the ash discharge port and the main ash hopper by the momentum of the inlet velocity and the downward gravity. When the rotating and descending external cyclonic airflow reaches the lower end of the cone, it continues to flow in a spiral shape (clean air) from bottom to top in the direction of the cyclone tube axis in the same rotation direction due to the contraction of the cone, and enters the exhaust chamber through the exhaust pipe of the ceramic cyclone body, and then is discharged from the dust collector flue gas outlet together.
