System Overview
DS-PL series automatic batching system is an automatic batching system for factory production process developed by Desheng with many years of industry experience and combined with the on-site use of many customers. It can meet customers' needs for automatic control of the conveying, metering, mixing and other processes of powder, liquid, bulk and other materials. At the same time, it can realize the management and control of process batching. And it can realize the centralized/distributed control of the process flow of the entire production line. It is widely used in many industries such as chemical industry, fertilizer, food, feed, construction materials, rubber and plastic, modified plastics, etc. It is an ideal product for enterprises to realize automatic process control.
System composition
The system is generally composed of industrial computers (host computer software) + programmable controller PLC + various sensors + actuators. Industrial computers are fully compatible with ordinary computers and are suitable for harsh environments; programmable controllers have powerful computing and programming capabilities. They can collect and process data from various sensors: sensors generally include: temperature, pressure, PH value, liquid level, weight, etc.; actuators include: screw conveyors, belt conveyors, pneumatic conveyors, vibrating feeders, gravity pneumatic arc gates, hydraulic valves, diaphragm springs, magnetic pumps, gear pumps and other mechanical equipment.

11. The software system uses a standard database to facilitate users to connect with EKP and other systems. Users can perform secondary development of the database according to their needs.
