Product Overview
DS series static batching system is a multi-material batching system designed and manufactured by our company specifically for BB fertilizer production. It has reasonable program design and accurate action: multiple silos discharge materials at intervals, and a single scale weighs in buckets, making each material scale accurate. Ensure accurate batching according to the formula ratio.
Equipment composition
Storage bin, storage bin bracket and bin heightening partition, automatic feeding device, weighing sensor of scale and its suspension system, weighing system support frame, weighing bucket door opening and closing mechanism, maintenance platform, batching electric control box and operating table.
Features
- Precise batching: Each ingredient has two feeding methods: fast feeding and slow feeding. The size and structure of the material gate are specially designed according to the fluidity and proportion of each material, with high metering accuracy.
- Micro-dosing: When the dosing amounts of different fertilizers vary greatly, and when a certain fertilizer is added in very small amounts, accurate dosing can still be ensured.
- Easy to clean: There are manual/automatic working state options, which is convenient for debugging and cleaning of equipment. Each storage bin and weighing bucket has a manual button, which can be opened and closed in manual state.
