Process introduction:
Our company's organic compound fertilizer granulation process can significantly increase production output, and the product particles are round and smooth, high in strength, and not easy to agglomerate. It has strong adaptability to raw materials and formulas in production, can use all urea as nitrogen source, and the products produced have wide adaptability and little side effects on the soil.
Process characteristics:
1. This process makes full use of urea melt spraying granulation. The granulation temperature is high, the amount of steam used as the liquid phase is reduced, and the moisture content of the material at the outlet of the granulator is reduced, thereby reducing the drying load and saving the amount of fuel coal.
2. Taking advantage of the adhesive properties of molten urea, the flexibility of formula adjustment is increased, which is beneficial to improving the appearance of the product.
3. All raw materials of this process are automatically controlled, which has strong control over product nutrients and ensures product quality.
4. The granulation operation is stable and suitable for the production of different types of fertilizers.
