The motor drives the reducer with a belt, and the reducer drives the fixed roller and the movable roller to rotate synchronously through a chain drive. The material falls from the top of the equipment between the rollers, is extruded and granulated by the double rollers, and is discharged from the discharge port. The function of extrusion is to expel the air between the particles, and to make the distance between the particles close enough to generate attractive forces such as van der Waals force, adsorption force, crystal bridge and embedded connection. The particle strength of the extruded granulated particles is mainly formed by the interaction between molecules.
