    Outstanding advantages

    ● Suitable for purifying dust with high density and particle size greater than 5μm, not suitable for purifying dust with strong adhesion
    ● There are moving parts, which makes management and maintenance easy
    ● When handling the same air volume, it has small size, simple structure and low price.
    ● It is convenient to use multiple units in parallel when handling large air volumes, and the efficiency and resistance will not be affected

    How it works

    The working principle of the cyclone dust collector is that after the dust-laden gas enters from the air inlet, it moves in a spiral shape between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder; when entering the inner cylinder, the dust-laden gas generates centrifugal force due to its circular motion. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust particles are separated from the airflow and captured on the wall of the device. Then, with the help of gravity, the dust particles fall into the ash hopper, and the purified gas is discharged upward from the inner cylinder.
