Disc ball forming machine
Product Introduction
The disc ball forming machines produced by our company are divided into two types: non-powered scraper disc ball forming machine (PQW) and powered scraper disc ball forming machine (PQ). Both types of ball forming machines have the characteristics of simple structure, convenient operation, easy control of ball moisture, and high strength of the produced balls. The ball forming disc adopts an integral structure, and the bottom of the disc is reinforced with multiple radiation steel plates, which is sturdy and durable; the reducer and the motor are driven by a flexible belt, which starts smoothly, reduces the impact force of the equipment, and increases the service life of the equipment.
Outstanding advantages
The ball forming disc has convenient inclination adjustment, novel structure, light weight, low height, and flexible and convenient process layout.
Simple structure, easy operation, easy to control the moisture content of the ball, high strength
The unique combined scraper device (bottom scraper and vertical scraper) reduces auxiliary power consumption.
The particle size and output of the balls can be controlled by adjusting the inclination of the ball forming disc, the motor speed and the amount of water sprayed.
How it works
The raw material powder is made into ball cores with uniform particle size, and then sent to the ball forming disk. After entering the ball forming disk, the ball core is affected by centrifugal force, friction and gravity in the disk, and moves along a parabola. During the continuous rolling process, the moisture in the ball is continuously squeezed out of the surface. Due to the cohesiveness and plasticity of the material, the ball core adheres to the raw material powder during the movement and gradually grows. Due to the cohesiveness of the material and the natural volatilization of the surface liquid film, the material ball has a certain strength. When the parameters such as the inclination angle, the height of the disk edge, the rotation speed and the moisture of the ball forming disk are constant, the material balls of different particle sizes leave the disk edge at different separation angles due to different gravity and roll down, and then are discharged from the edge of the disk as the inclined disk rotates.
