How it works
The drum coating machine wraps the melt on the surface of the fertilizer by rotating the drum. It prevents adhesion and slow release. It is widely used in the fertilizer industry. It consists of a chassis, a cylinder, a transmission device, a retaining wheel, a connecting shaft, etc. During operation, the reduction motor drives the sprocket to drive the retaining wheel to rotate. Under the action of friction, the retaining wheel drives the cylinder with a certain inclination to rotate at a low speed. Under the action of friction and centrifugal force, the mixture rises to a certain height along the cylinder wall, and then rolls down under the action of gravity, and rolls into balls wrapped with the melt. While rolling in the circumferential direction, the ball moves from the high end to the low end along the cylinder axis and is discharged from the low end. It has a special design in structure and is lined with engineering plastics. It is an effective special equipment for compound fertilizers to prevent agglomeration during the storage of compound fertilizers.
