    FU type buried scraper conveyor (chain conveyor) is a continuous conveying equipment with roller plate chain as traction component. This type of equipment has the characteristics of compact structure, good sealing, reasonable layout, convenient use and maintenance, etc. It is mainly used for horizontal or small angle conveying of abrasive powder, granular and small block materials.

    How it works

    The working principle of FU type buried scraper conveyor is that the transmission device drives the driving sprocket to rotate, and the conveying chain with scrapers meshes with the driving sprocket and moves accordingly; when the material is added from the feed port, the material is subjected to the pulling force in the same direction as the movement brought by the conveying chain in the machine slot, which increases the internal friction and internal pressure between the materials. When the friction force is greater than the friction force between the material and the machine slot wall, the material moves forward driven by the conveying chain, and the increased internal pressure ensures the stable state between the material layers, so that it forms an overall continuous flow. When the ratio of the material layer height to the machine slot width meets certain conditions, the material flow is stable, and the material speed is approximately equal to the chain speed. At this time, the material can be continuously and stably transported and unloaded from the discharge port.
