    Product Introduction

    Petroleum proppant products are currently in the initial stage in China, and production is relatively backward. One of the key issues is granulation. At present, most domestic manufacturers are still using primitive sugar coating pans to granulate. The output is very low and the labor intensity is very high. There are no environmental protection measures and the production environment is poor. There is no automatic ratio of materials and water, and the operation depends entirely on the experience of workers, which seriously affects the output and quality of products. There is no automatic cleaning device, and frequent manual cleaning is required, which is very difficult. Waste materials are returned for crushing, and efficiency is reduced.

    The CQY granulator developed by our company has a diameter of 4.2m. It greatly increases production and saves labor costs. It realizes fully automatic unloading without stopping the machine, and improves the equipment operation rate. Fully enclosed production optimizes the workshop environment; fully automatic cleaning device, no manual cleaning is required, no waste is generated; dry powder, wet (starter) material, and water are automatically linked and proportioned to feed, ensuring product stability, greatly improving pelletizing efficiency, increasing production, and optimizing product quality. It can produce high-standard products such as 40-70 and high density.

    ● Easy maintenance, almost no daily maintenance work is required during the use of the equipment. Compared with traditional pelletizing machines, the maintenance workload is greatly reduced and there are fewer failures.
    ● Adopting a closed internal meshing gear transmission system, the transmission gear is isolated from external dust, effectively protecting the tooth surface from wear caused by dust and pollution, reducing the failure rate, extending the service life of the gear, and ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the equipment

    How it works

    The disc pelletizer is a disc-shaped pelletizing device used to make fine-grained powdered materials into spherical discs that meet the requirements of the next process. In this process, the granulated materials are placed in an inclined and rotating disc, and are subjected to the combined effects of gravity, centrifugal force and friction, causing the materials to roll and rub. With the addition of appropriate moisture, the materials gradually form mother balls. The fine-grained materials roll on the surface of the moist mother ball, causing the mother ball to gradually increase in size and gain a certain strength. Pellets of different sizes will automatically run along different tracks in the disc, and finally the finished pellets that meet the requirements are discharged from the disc. This ball-making process can transform the originally scattered fine-grained materials into regular spherical particles to meet the requirements of subsequent production processes.
