The complete set of equipment is designed for automatic operation and automatic detection, and programming is allowed. The specific design procedure is as follows:

Combustion ignition method
Secondary ignition, that is, a small fire (a long-burning lamp) is used to ignite a large fire. The burner is designed with an ignition burner. When igniting, the ignition burner is turned on first. After the flame detector detects that the ignition burner is on fire, the control system opens the main gas valve to ignite the main flame. The advantage of this design is that the success rate of main fire ignition is guaranteed to be 100%, and there will be no flameout or flameout, ensuring the reliability and safety performance of the burner.
Safety shut-off valve
When ignition fails or flameout occurs during operation, the PLC controller will close the safety shut-off valve according to the signal sent by the flame detector, cut off the natural gas supply, alarm and open the air door to purge the furnace, and implement accidental flameout safety protection. A safety solenoid valve is installed on the gas pipeline entering the burner to ensure the reliability and stability of natural gas shut-off.
Safety by design
Focus is placed on the design of a backfire prevention device inside the burner to ensure reliable and safe use of natural gas.
Supporting components
The main components of the burner are all imported brand-name products, such as program controller, gas low-pressure protector, combustion-supporting air pressure switch, flame monitor, electronic igniter, safety solenoid valve, etc. Since the key components are imported products, the combustion and control performance of the burner are stable, and the service life and safety performance are fully guaranteed.
