2 In the central control room, you can monitor the production process, real-time dynamic parameters of each measuring point, the operating status of each device, important parameters, display the system overview, operation panel, real-time trend and historical trend charts, and real-time operation functions.
3. It can provide multiple alarm processing functions and can save alarm information for a long time. The alarm information can explain the detailed process such as when the alarm occurred, what the reason was, when it was processed, when the processing was completed, etc., and record them in sequence, which can be printed automatically or ordered to be printed at any time.
4 The system software can realize the self-diagnosis function of the central operation station, engineer station, network bus, auxiliary equipment and all I/O cards. The operation stations are hot standby for each other, and the engineer station can also be used as an operation station. 5 The operation station is mainly responsible for production monitoring, production information management, alarm information processing, recording and printing. The field station completes field I/O data acquisition, loop control, sequential interlocking control, and collects necessary data for monitoring and management.
