    PPC series air box pulse bag dust collector combines the advantages of various bag dust collectors such as chamber back-blowing and pulse jet cleaning, overcomes the disadvantages of poor chamber back-blowing cleaning strength and pulse jet and filtration at the same time, and expands the scope of application. This product has the characteristics of overall chamber cleaning and adopts large-scale pulse valve cleaning form. It has the characteristics of strong cleaning ability, good effect and long service life. This product is suitable for the treatment of high-concentration dust, which can simplify the dust treatment process and reduce equipment investment. It is widely used in building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemical industry and refractory materials industries; especially suitable for cement plant crushing, packaging, warehouse top, clinker cooler and various mills and other dust collection systems (or dust removal systems), and can also be used for coal mill dust collection, but it is necessary to add explosion-proof measures and change the corresponding structure. The dust-laden gas enters from the air inlet of the dust collector, turns to the ash hopper through the inclined partition (the PPC32 type enters from the ash hopper), and the air flow speed slows down at the same time. Due to inertia, the coarse dust particles in the gas fall into the ash hopper, and the fine dust particles follow the air flow upward and enter the filter chamber. The dust adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas passes through the filter bag and enters the upper cleaning chamber, and is collected by the cleaning chambers of each sub-chamber, and is sucked out by the main fan of the dust collection system through the air outlet and discharged into the atmosphere.

    How it works

    Under the action of the induced draft fan, dust-laden gas enters from the air inlet of the dust collector and is diverted to the ash hopper through the inclined partition. As the air flow speed slows down, coarse dust particles in the gas fall into the ash hopper under the action of inertia and gravity, and fine dust particles follow the air flow and turn upward to enter the filter chamber. After being filtered and purified by the filter bag, the dust adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the upper cleaning chamber. The clean air from each chamber is collected in the cleaning chamber and is sucked out by the traction fan and discharged into the atmosphere. The cleaning process is to first cut off the clean air outlet duct of the chamber, so that the bag of the chamber is in a state of no airflow (the chamber is stopped for cleaning); then open the pulse valve to use compressed air for pulse spray cleaning, and the exhaust valve, pulse valve and ash discharge valve are fully automatically controlled by the programmable controller.
