    How it works

    The drum granulator is a granulating equipment that makes the mixed material into granules by rotating the drum. The drum granulator consists of a chassis, a drum, a transmission device, a support wheel, a connecting shaft, etc. During operation, the reduction motor drives the sprocket to drive the support wheel to rotate. Under the action of friction, the support wheel drives the drum with a certain inclination to rotate at a low speed. Under the action of friction and centrifugal force, the mixed material rises to a certain height along the drum wall, and then rolls down under the action of gravity. The rolling material and the rising material produce relative motion and roll into balls. While rolling in the circumferential direction, the ball moves from the high end to the low end along the drum axis and is discharged from the low end.
