Outstanding advantages
● The frequency conversion technology is used to make the residence time of materials in the kiln easy to adjust;

How it works
The ceramsite ingredients are fed into the kiln from the kiln tail. Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the cylinder, the materials roll along the circumference while moving axially from the kiln tail (high end) to the kiln head (low end). The fuel is sprayed into the kiln from the kiln head (low end) through the burner for combustion. Heat is transferred to the materials in various ways such as radiation, convection, and conduction. In the process of movement, the materials undergo various physical changes and chemical reactions to meet the technical indicators required by the production process, and are finally unloaded from the kiln head and enter the cooler.
