How it works
The single-layer vibrating screen is a screening device with a single-mass forced vibration system composed of a screen box, a vibrator and other exciting components and a rubber spring as elastic elements. The motor drives the vibrator through a tire coupling, causing the eccentric block of the vibrator to rotate rapidly to generate exciting force. When thrown up, the particles are separated into layers, and when they fall and contact the screen surface, the particles pass through the screen, completing the particle classification process over and over again.
